Return & Refund Policy

At Meera London, each piece is crafted or curated with exceptional care, whether it’s bespoke, off-the-rack, or rented. Our policies are designed to honour that craftsmanship while ensuring clarity and fairness.

Shop (Bespoke & Off-the-Rack)

Bespoke / Customised Orders:
All bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, we are unable to process cancellations or alterations to the design, as each piece is crafted specifically for you.

Off-the-Rack Ensembles:
We accept exchanges only on standard, non-customised pieces.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  • Pieces must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

Note: Any alterations, customisations, or visible signs of wear will void eligibility for exchange.

Rental

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of 50% of the outfit’s retail price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the garment.

Rental Period:
Rental duration is confirmed at the time of booking. Timely return is essential to avoid penalties.

Late Return Fee:
A fee of 20% of the rental price per day will be charged for each day beyond the agreed return date.

Damage Fee:
All pieces are inspected upon return. Any damage, including stains, tears, or irreversible wear, will incur a repair or replacement cost, up to the full retail price of the outfit, depending on the severity.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental date are eligible for a credit note (valid for 6 months).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are Not eligible for refund or credit. The rental fee will be forfeited. Security deposits will be refunded in full if the booking is cancelled before dispatch or pickup and the ensemble is not worn.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations:

No shows or cancellations on the day of scheduled pickup are treated as last-minute cancellations, no refunds or credits apply.
